- How does the free trial work?
- You get a 7-day free trial with full access — no card required. After 7 days, upgrade to Pro to keep using Splitser.
- How do I upgrade to Pro?
- From your account, choose Go Pro and a UPI QR code for ₹99 appears. Scan it with any UPI app and pay. We verify the payment manually and activate your Pro account — usually within 5–10 minutes.
- How long until Pro is activated?
- We don't use an automated payment gateway, so payments are confirmed by our team. Once you've paid, Pro is typically activated within 5–10 minutes. You'll see your account update to Pro once it's verified.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- UPI only for now. We show a QR code at checkout — pay from any UPI app like Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm or BHIM. More payment options are coming soon.
- Does Pro renew automatically?
- No. Pro is a one-time ₹99 payment for a full year — there's no auto-renewal and no recurring charge. When the year ends, simply pay again via UPI to continue.
- Do you offer a student discount?
- Yes — 50% off Pro for verified students. Email support after signing up to apply it.
- Are payments refundable?
- No. All payments are final and non-refundable, including any unused portion of your Pro term. Since there's no auto-renewal, there's nothing to cancel — your access simply ends when the year is up. See our Terms of Service for details.
